Virtual hearings introduced by TS-RERA for speedy resolution of real estate complaints

In a significant move towards ensuring faster resolution of complaints against illicit builders and developers, Dr. N Satyanarayana, the Chairman of the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TS-RERA), has announced the initiation of virtual hearings for cases involving home buyers and property investors. This innovative approach is aimed at expediting the resolution process and providing convenience to complainants, regardless of their location or circumstances.

Accompanied by TS-RERA members, J Lakshminarayana and K Srinivasa Rao, Dr. Satyanarayana kick-started this pioneering initiative by conducting an online hearing session at their office. The introduction of online inquiries aligns with the TS-RERA's commitment to addressing grievances promptly and efficiently.

Within a mere 40 days of the establishment of TS-RERA, the body has implemented the virtual hearing system to ensure the expeditious resolution of complaints.
