Any requisite modifications or amendments can be effortlessly communicated to the agency representatives, who meticulously document these updates to ensure an accurate and contemporary property tax repository within MCG's records. Integral to this undertaking is the provision of accurate contact information by property owners, including mobile numbers, WhatsApp IDs, and email addresses. This data is pivotal for efficient communication and updates throughout the process.
This initiative encompasses both residential and commercial properties, constituting a total of 6.4 lakh properties. The assessment notices extend beyond mere tax information, encompassing details about any pending property tax dues. MCG is notably seeking to collaborate with resident welfare associations (RWAs) to ensure the seamless and harmonious execution of this ambitious undertaking. In January of the previous year, a private agency conducted a survey that identified 5.1 lakh properties falling within the purview of the MCG.
