Danube unveils luxurious Elitz 3 tower in Dubai's Jumeirah Village Circle

Danube, a prominent real estate developer in the UAE, has unveiled a new luxury tower named Elitz 3 in the Jumeirah Village Circle. This announcement comes in addition to their ongoing projects, Elitz and Elitz 2, already under construction at the same location. The real estate market in the UAE, particularly Dubai, has been a preferred choice for Indian investors due to its potential for high returns on relatively smaller investments.

Elitz 3 is set to feature 46 floors and a total of 750 residential units, including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a few retail units. The tower is scheduled for completion by 2026, offering modern and luxurious living spaces. The pricing for these units starts from approximately INR 1.56 crore.

Danube Properties has earned a reputation for success in the UAE real estate market, having delivered five projects totalling 2,099 homes with a combined value of Dh 2 billion. Their unique payment plans, such as the monthly payment set at one percent per month with the remaining balance collected upon completion, have resonated well with buyers. This approach has played a significant role in the quick success of Elitz 3 following the launch of Elitz 2.

Additionally, Danube Properties provides a 10-year Golden Visa to homeowners, adhering to specific investment criteria.

With the option to make a substantial down payment of 65% of the total property value and move into the apartment, investors can save on rent or utilize the rental income to cover monthly instalments. This financial flexibility, combined with the appeal of Dubai's real estate market, continues to attract investors seeking value and potential for appreciation.
