Lemon Tree Hotels joins hands with Space Builders for Zirakpur property

Lemon Tree Hotel's President, Mr. Vikramjit Singh, has announced a new partnership with M/S Space Builders & Promoters for the acquisition of a new property in Zirakpur, Punjab. This addition marks their fourth hotel in the town, with two more upcoming properties. Lemon Tree Hotels aims to expand its services and management across the state and country to cater to travelers' needs.

Established in 2002 by Mr. Patu Keswani, Lemon Tree Hotels is India's largest hotel chain in the mid-range sector. The chain is known for offering excellent services and value for money. The new property is situated in Zirakpur, a town nestled in the Shivalik foothills. Zirakpur has witnessed significant growth in the real estate sector in recent years. The town's property prices are comparatively lower than those in other cities, making it an attractive destination for residential and commercial investments. Its excellent transportation connectivity with Chandigarh further adds to its appeal.

The new hotel is expected to be operational by second of the financial year 2027. The Zirakpur hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The property will feature 80 well-equipped rooms, banquets, a conference room, a restaurant, a fitness centre, and other public areas.

Zirakpur is well-connected to other cities, with the Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport located 14 km away. It is 13 km from Chandigarh by road and approximately 300 km from Delhi. The town boasts both public and private transportation options and offers essential infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment venues. As Zirakpur's population continues to grow, additional services and facilities are being developed to meet the demands of the residents.
