The late superstar's family has struck a deal with real estate magnate Ashar Group, paving the way for a luxury housing development on the plot. Ajay Ashar, Chairman and Managing Director of Ashar Group, has confirmed that the construction work has begun, and they aim to complete it well ahead of the scheduled delivery date in 2027 as per the RERA registration.
