Raymond Realty, the real estate division of Raymond Group, has unveiled its fourth project, "Address by GS 2.0," further expanding its presence in Thane's property market. The launch of this new project reflects Raymond Realty's growing popularity and success as a real estate developer in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Following the triumph of its initial three projects, including the successful handover of the first phase of TenX Habitat, Raymond Realty is establishing itself as a prominent player in the real estate sector.
Raymond Realty's inaugural project, TenX Habitat, encompassed an 'aspirational district' sprawling over 14 acres in Thane, housing 3,100 residential units. The business achieved a significant milestone by completing the first three towers of the Ten X Habitat project, surpassing RERA timelines. In February 2023, Raymond Realty launched its third project, Ten X Era, in Thane, garnering an enthusiastic response from customers. Within a week of its introduction, the project received approximately 100 bookings, with around 25% of the launched inventory being sold within two months. These accomplishments reaffirm customer confidence in their high-quality offerings and the swift construction progress of ongoing projects. The cumulative value of bookings for the three projects during FY23 exceeded Rs 1,600 crore.
The recent launch, Address by GS 2.0, remains consistent with Raymond Realty's commitment to transcend traditional norms within the real estate domain. Positioned in a prime location, the project boasts exclusive tower-level amenities that epitomize luxury and convenience. Complementing the opulent interiors, a sprawling three-acre Roman-inspired landscaped podium provides residents with a tranquil haven amidst the bustling city. The premises will feature wellness centres, a clubhouse spanning 25,000 sq. ft with state-of-the-art amenities, and a high-street retail space covering 70,000 sq. ft, offering residents a comprehensive living experience.
