Hyderabad Development Authority schedules 50 plot auction in Mokila on Aug 7

Embarking on a trailblazing journey, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) ventures into new realms, diverging from its customary gaze on large plots and infrastructure developers in the western territories, Kokapet being a prominent hub. Now, with Mokila village near Shankarpally as its canvas, HMDA unveils a layout with 1,320 plots on 165 acres, preparing for an exhilarating auction of 50 plots in phase I, scheduled for August 7. With an upset price of Rs 25,000 per square yard, HMDA invites prospective bidders to exceed this amount, commencing their bids at Rs 500. Anticipation for a positive response is high, as these auctions are designed to cater to the aspirations of the medium and upper-medium working class, empowering them to become homeowners.

In a captivating prelude to the main event, the pre-bid meeting for Mokila land auctions drew a sizeable crowd of around 200 enthusiastic attendees. Promising a comprehensive transformation, HMDA pledges to develop all necessary infrastructure facilities within a swift 18-month timeframe. This includes roads with footpaths, underground sewage systems, water supply distribution networks with overhead tanks, stormwater drainage systems, electrical power supply, and street lighting, among others. The allure of the location adds to the excitement, as the layout rests adjacent to the wide 100 ft Shankarpally road and enjoys seamless connectivity to essential destinations such as Kokapet's Neopolis, Wipro crossroads, and the Financial District, all within a convenient 20-minute reach.

Additionally, the radial road along the ORR ensures effortless access to the project in just 10 minutes, simplifying the daily lives of its future residents. As an added perk, the Mokila project finds itself in close proximity to a multitude of esteemed educational institutions, including engineering colleges, along with the tranquil Gandipet for relaxation and recreation. In this innovative venture, HMDA endeavours to redefine urban living, providing an array of housing options that cater to diverse needs, aspirations, and dreams, creating a vibrant community that thrives in the heart of Hyderabad's ever-evolving landscape.

Nestled amidst nature's embrace, Mokila, a serene suburb in Hyderabad, has emerged as a favoured destination for discerning individuals.  Among those captivated by its allure are IT professionals, drawn to its strategic proximity to bustling commercial centres like Kokapet, Hitech City, and Gachibowli. The verdant landscapes enveloping Mokila beckon prospective investors to explore an array of exquisite choices, ranging from independent houses and villas to elegant flats and plots, promising a harmonious blend of modern living and tranquil retreats.
