The workspace is set to be operational by November 2023 and will be located in two prime areas - SJR I Park and Rathi Legacy - covering 60,000 square feet and 40,000 square feet respectively. Enzyme Office Spaces currently operates across 28 locations in Bengaluru, including popular areas like HSR Layout, Koramangala, Domlur, and Sarjapur Road. Their portfolio boasts a total of 25,000 seats, making them one of the fastest-growing players in the city's office space market. Looking ahead, the company plans to add an additional 3 lakh square feet of office space in the current financial year, further solidifying their presence in Bengaluru.
