Roshan Real Estate Group partners with EXPRO to enhance efficiency in Saudi Arabia's housing sector

Roshan Real Estate Group, Saudi Arabia's leading real estate developer, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Expenditure and Projects (EXPRO) Efficiency Authority to enhance the sustainability and efficiency of projects in the housing sector. The partnership between the two groups aims to improve planning and construction efficiency, land administration, facilities and utility management, safety, and more across the kingdom.

The success and timely completion of the SEDRA Community project in Riyadh, developed by Roshan Group, marked a significant milestone that paved the way for this partnership. The collaboration between Roshan Group and EXPRO is focused on achieving common goals and sustainable housing projects through effective planning and implementation of government-funded projects. The construction industry is expected to greatly benefit from this collaboration in the real estate sector.

David Grover, the CEO of Roshan Group, expressed his excitement about signing the agreement with the Expenditure and Project Efficiency Authority, highlighting the role of Roshan Group in delivering timely and sustainable household projects. The aim is to provide customers with their dream homes while enhancing efficiency. Eng. Abdulrazzaq Bin Sobhi Alaujan, the CEO of EXPRO, emphasized that the partnership aims to achieve sustainable housing projects by planning and implementing government projects efficiently.
