The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Foundation has introduced a new 'Innovative Investment Strategy' aimed at improving the living standards in their residential projects and promoting strong partnerships with the private sector.
The primary goals of this investment plan are to promote and market the assets of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Foundation, create investment prospects in residential complexes, broaden investment areas, and discover new revenue streams to ensure financial stability. The strategy also emphasizes the importance of enhancing collaborations between the public and private sectors to foster the development of the housing sector.
Mohammed Hassan Al-Shehi, the Assistant Executive Director of the Housing Sector, expressed the proactive approach of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Foundation in implementing innovative strategies to expand their investment portfolio and generate new sources of income. By embracing advanced partnership models with esteemed private sector collaborators, their focus remains on enhancing the living standards in Dubai. These initiatives serve as a testament to their dedication to fostering sustainable growth in the housing sector and creating a prosperous future for all members of the community.
The initial outcomes of the Strategy are promising, as the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Foundation has already established three partnerships with the private sector to invest in their assets. Additionally, there are plans for five investment projects scheduled between 2023 and 2024. Furthermore, a total of 18 prospective investment zones have been recognized within residential projects, while four partnership frameworks with the private sector have received approval for the advancement of the housing system.
To facilitate the exploration of investment possibilities, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Foundation has launched an investment portal, ensuring transparency and fostering cooperation with private investors. The foundation's fresh strategy places significant emphasis on expanding revenue streams and enhancing partnerships with the private sector, all with the aim of stimulating growth and progress in Dubai's housing sector.
