Quorum Club Private Limited, in collaboration with Devbhumi Realtors Pvt. Ltd. and Blackstone India Real Estate, has launched a new venture in Hyderabad called DISTRICT 150. This project aims to provide office spaces with modern amenities that cater to the work and lifestyle preferences of the next generation.
Spread across an area of 35,000 sq ft in Marquee Knowledge City, Hyderabad, DISTRICT 150 encourages creativity in work and life. Ltd., owned by the Sattva Group, and Blackstone India Real Estate have designed office spaces with dedicated meeting and event areas to foster creativity and collaboration.

This includes music performances, lifestyle pop-ups, workshops, food and beverage options, and theatre, providing flexible office spaces with hospitality amenities to meet the diverse requirements of professionals. The amenities offered at DISTRICT 150 include a 3,000 sq. ft. pillar-less events space equipped with high-quality AV technology and acoustics for meetings and conferences. Additionally, there are relaxed event spaces for casual interactions with colleagues and friends, a media centre zone for entrepreneurs, and meeting and conference rooms to facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings.

Collaborating with SUBKO, a coffee, bakehouse, and chocolate brand, the project offers a "Pod to Bar" experience and a special dedication to cacao farmers with a Bean to Bar chocolate cellar.
