Mohali Development Authority organizes plot numbering draw event

Mohali's Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has announced that it will be conducting a draw for the allotment of plots in the highly anticipated IT City project. The draw will encompass various schemes, including the 750 plot scheme, land-pooling scheme, 753 plot scheme, and IT 200 industry plot scheme. This development has created significant excitement among prospective allottees.

Scheduled to take place on June 20, the draw of numbers will determine the allocation of plots to lucky participants. Interested individuals were given until June 13 to enlist themselves as allottees.

As a testament to GMADA's commitment to the IT City allottees, the authority has extended a relief measure, initially declared on January 8, 2022. According to the updated provisions, allottees who wish to avail themselves of certain benefits must submit a no dues certificate within three months. The amendment is applicable to sites that were allotted before January 8, 2022. GMADA has notified all concerned parties regarding this significant change.

Regarding the draw of numbers for group plots, GMADA has outlined the plot sizes that will be included in the process. The draw will encompass plot sizes of 150 sq yards, 256.66 sq yards, 300 sq yards, 400 sq yards, 500 sq yards, and industrial scheme plots measuring 500 sq yards. All participants eagerly anticipate the results of the draw, which will be held at the esteemed PUDA Bhawan in Sector 68, Mohali, at 11 am.

To ensure transparency and accessibility, GMADA has uploaded the names of beneficiaries on their official website. It is essential for allottees who have received a letter of intent but find their names missing from the list to promptly notify the authority. They have until 2 pm on June 13 to inform GMADA and ensure their inclusion in the draw.

As part of the IT City scheme, GMADA has released a list of the selected allottees. Under the 753 plot scheme, seven individuals have been identified, while the 750 plot scheme has five allottees. Additionally, three individuals have been allocated plots under the land-pooling scheme, and two allottees have been granted plots under the IT 200 industry plot scheme.
