Stellar Value Chain Solutions expands warehousing capacity, aims for rapid growth

Stellar Value Chain Solutions, a leading supply chain management company, has expanded its warehousing capacity by adding 1.5 million sq. ft. of space in Bhiwandi and 0.5 million sq. ft. in Banur, Punjab. This operational expansion has increased Stellar's total warehousing capacity to 16 million sq. ft. The primary purpose of this capacity addition is to efficiently manage the pan-India supply chain operations for a consumer durable giant. Stellar has taken over the Central Distribution Centre Operations and two regional Distribution Centres across the country.

To support its growth and expansion plans, Stellar is seeking to raise funds of up to Rs. 400 crore in primary capital. The company aims to roll out 5 million sq. ft. of warehousing operations every year. Additionally, Stellar has released a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the development of 10 million sq. ft. of logistics space through either the Built to Suit (BTS) or Ready to Move (RTM) route over the next two years. The BTS facilities are being considered in cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Lucknow, Patna, Guwahati, and others, while the RTM options are being explored across the 21 major cities where Stellar already has a significant presence.

Anshuman Singh, the Chairman & Managing Director of Stellar Value Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd., expressed pride in partnering with a major player in the consumer durable sector. The seamless takeover of the supply chain operations, including the distribution centres, showcases Stellar's competency in offering tech-enabled, customized, and comprehensive supply chain management services.
