WeWork India unveils trio of new venues in Bengaluru

In a significant expansion move, WeWork India, the leading provider of flexible workspaces, has announced the addition of three new facilities in Bengaluru. Named Princeville, Cherry Hills, and Prestige Tech Park Jupiter, the new workspaces are designed to further the company's growth trajectory in the city.

Strategically located in the prestigious Embassy Golf Links Business Park in Domlur, Princeville and Cherry Hills together occupy an impressive 95,000 sq. ft., offering approximately 1,600 desk spaces. Remarkably, pre-commitments have already been secured for nearly 60% of this inventory, demonstrating the high demand for shared workspaces in the area.

Additionally, Prestige Tech Park Jupiter will significantly augment WeWork's footprint. Positioned in proximity to Marathahalli, the facility sprawls over an estimated 125,000 sq. ft., and is set to provide over 2,000 desks. Both the aforementioned complexes are set to be fully functional by mid-2023.

Arnav S. Gusain, who spearheads Real Estate & Product at WeWork India, expressed his optimism about the venture. The expansion reaffirms WeWork India's commitment to enhancing the flexible workspace ecosystem in Bengaluru. Presently, the company runs 19 workspaces across the city, making it a key player in this rapidly evolving sector.

In conclusion, the addition of three new facilities reaffirms WeWork India's continuous commitment to nurturing the dynamic needs of the contemporary workforce in Bengaluru. This significant expansion demonstrates the escalating demand for flexible workspaces and the company's strategic acumen in capitalizing on this demand. These developments promise a robust future for flexible workspace solutions, reshaping the professional landscape of the city and perhaps even the country.
