Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is considering the implementation of a new policy that would require individuals who own undeveloped plots to pay fees if they fail to commence construction within five years of the plot's registry. On the other hand, if the plan is approved, the applicant would be given a three-year timeframe to initiate the construction process. However, it is crucial to adhere to this timeline, as after the three-year period, the approved construction plan would no longer be valid.
