Bugatti and Binghatti unveil riviera-inspired skyscraper residence in Dubai

Bugatti, the renowned luxury car maker, has unveiled its inaugural venture into the realm of residential real estate with the introduction of a 42-storey skyscraper in Dubai. This impressive structure will feature two car lifts that transport vehicles directly from the garage to the penthouse.

In collaboration with Binghatti, a prominent developer in Dubai, Bugatti Residences will be the first residential building to bear the prestigious Bugatti brand name.

Following the trend set by other high-end automobile manufacturers, such as Bentley and Aston Martin, who have already made strides in the residential property sector, Bugatti is making its mark in this domain. Bentley has undertaken the creation of a 61-storey skyscraper in Miami Beach, while Aston Martin has designed a striking, angular black residence in New York, as part of its Automotive Galleries and Lairs initiative, which was launched in 2019.

Located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, the upcoming 42-storey skyscraper will feature a curvaceous design adorned with balconies on each floor.

The residential building will encompass a total of 171 apartments, elegantly referred to as Riviera Mansions, along with 11 exclusive penthouses known as Sky Mansion Penthouses.

The developer has emphasized that both the exterior and interior of the structure will reflect the rich legacy of the esteemed luxury car manufacturer, which was founded back in 1909.

Bugatti stated, "Bugatti and Binghatti, renowned for their unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional quality, have come together to reveal their inaugural joint venture: an innovative real estate project situated in the vibrant centre of Dubai."

The collaboration between these esteemed brands seeks to embody a shared pursuit of unparalleled excellence. Leveraging the diverse and storied creative legacies of both Bugatti and Binghatti, the collaborative project encompasses a meticulously planned structure characterized by a unique exterior and complemented by intricately crafted interiors.

Each apartment within the skyscraper will boast a distinctive layout, granting residents access to a gracefully curved balcony. Moreover, the building will be crowned with a pool, adding to its luxurious allure.

The penthouses will be serviced by a pair of car lifts, enabling owners to drive their vehicles directly into these lavish apartments. This mirrors the concept employed in Bentley's Miami skyscraper, where a car lift allows residents to bring their cars into apartments on all floors.

The development will also encompass a private spa, an exclusive members club, and a beach area inspired by the elegance of the French Riviera. The design will seamlessly incorporate the aesthetic elements reminiscent of this renowned coastal region, as envisioned by the collaborating brands.
