Awfis has revealed its plans to expand in the National Capital Region by launching two additional centres: Suncity Success Towers in Gurgaon and Knowledge Boulevard in Noida. A total of 85,000 square feet of area, accommodating 1,400 seats, will be up for grabs in these new locations. The purpose of this venture is to cater to the increasing need for workspaces that are adaptable and facilitate teamwork within the locality.
The Suncity Centre in Gurgaon spans an area of 40,000 sq. ft. The centre located in Okhla has a floor area of 40,000 sq. ft. and can accommodate 650 individuals, whereas the centre situated at Knowledge Boulevard in Noida measures approximately 44,000 sq. ft. and can accommodate 700 individuals. The latest AWFIS design version 5.0 has been implemented in these centres, combining modern and minimalistic styles while infusing elements of natural light and biophilia. Collaborative environments have been created, contributing to the improvement of employee welfare.
