DLF's net profit rose by 40.45% in Q4 FY23

DLF's net consolidated profit increased by 40.45% in the quarter that ended on March 31, 2023. Its profit after tax increased to Rs. 569.60 crore in Q4 FY23 from Rs. 405.54 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. The company's net consolidated total income was Rs 1,575.70 crore in Q4 FY23, a 4.63% decrease from Rs 1,652.13 crore in the same period last year. 

The dividend that the board of directors suggested is Rs 4 per equity share of the share's face value of Rs 2 for FY 2022–23. The company redeemed 5,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCD) having a face value of Rs. 1,000,000 each during the quarter along with accumulated annual interest. This was done one year ahead of the expected maturity date.

The residential company recorded new sales bookings of Rs 8,458 crore representing a 210% increase YoY. The total amount of new sales for the fiscal year was Rs 15,058 crore.

According to a press release from the company, the net debt has been decreased to Rs 721 crore. DLF Cyber City Developers' combined revenue increased by 19% year over year to Rs 5,419 crore in FY23, while the company's combined profit increased by 43% year over year to Rs 1,429 crore.
