    What is the next step for flat owners when society is form by builder before possession? Is builder mandated to call for AGM?

     Is it mandatory to form provisional working committee? Does this benefit flat holders any way?

    It is our opinion that a good builder should take all steps necessary to form a society and ensure that all buyers are enrolled as members and hand over the maintenance of the building to the society and its working committee. Subsequently when there are enough members an election can be called for and a formal managing committee can be voted in. This would help the society not only to get a proper hand over of all documents and plans form the builder but also push the builder for a quick conveyance of the land to the society.
