Nowadays, cheques are used for the majority of transactions, if not all of them. Driven out of cash.

Few sales are backed outright; most are by mortgage loans.

The majority of transactions are carried out after extensive investigation and guidance from professionals like lawyers, valuers, etc.

Following the passage of the Benami Act, the majority of real estate transactions are stamped and registered (no more POA).
