Can a member (owner of the flat) of a co-operative housing society be denied open car parking only on the basis that he has rented his flat. This decision has been passed in the AGM of the society by majority. Is this decision justified?

The tenant should be treated on par with any other owner in the building. However, in certain societies resolutions have been passed to give them a lower priority then original owners. We would need to examine each case on its merits.
