How can I be a co-owner of a land/house which is in my younger sister’s name, so that I can take a housing loan to build a house? She doesn't have any objection of sharing the property with me.

Your sister would have to gift you a certain percentage / proportion of the land to you in an undivided manner. This should help you to claim co-ownership of the property. The other way, though complicated for a single family, is to get into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) where you put in the cost of building and have a proportionate stake of the property (undivided)
