This is an excellent project of Terraform Realty. The construction is almost complete. They are doing finishing works for it. They are expected to give possession by Dec 2022.There may be hustle and bustle during peak working hours but not too much noisy.

Terraform Dwarkas at Ghatkoper is an under-construction residential project convenienlty located close to all basic and modern amenities like schools, hospital, market, official spaces, temple, etc. It is also at a walkable distance to Ghatkoper railway and metro station. The project nearly has all the facilities at a walking distance. Hence a point to note, since it is very close to Ghatkoper railway station the surrounding is mostly busy, crowded and noisy also the premises around the building is too narrow.
