PNB HFC Introduces "Roshni," a Low-Cost Home Loan Program

An affordable house financing scheme called Roshni was introduced by PNB Housing Finance (HFC).  The programme will allow anyone to apply for loans ranging from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 30 lakh. This initiative fits with PNB Housing Finance's long-term objective of facilitating and supporting a person's desire to buy a home. The Company most recently established Roshni-focused branch offices in the following cities: Chennai, Coimbatore, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Indore/Ujjain, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Rajkot, and Varanasi.

The programme provides a range of loans for self-building, home improvements, plot purchases that include construction, loans secured by property, and the purchase of investment real estate. For the purpose of approving the Roshni loan plan, PNB HFC would consider whether loan applicants are first-time credit borrowers, self-employed without a professional function, salaried from a low-income group, and salaried from a low-income group with a family income as low as Rs 10,000.  PNB Housing provides housing loans to both individuals and corporations for the purchase, construction and extension of homes. It also provides loans for commercial space, loans secured by real estate and loans for the purchase of residential land.
