Aparna Constructions launches four residential projects in Hyderabad

Having secured investments of over Rs 800 crores, Hyderabad-based real estate developer Aparna Constructions and Estates is gearing up to introduce four residential projects. The projects in question will span across more than 15 acres of land located close to the city's IT sector and the Outer Ring Road (ORR). The projects were officially launched on 5 December 2022.

The first project called Aparna CyberStar will be located in Hyderabad's Osman Nagar. It will comprise of 232 units starting at a ticket size of Rs 90 lacs. The second project Aparna CyberShine with comprise of 330 units beginning at Rs 88 lacs. The third project named Aparna CyberOn will have 163 units starting at Rs 97 lacs. Lastly, Aparna CyberHeights will contain 708 units beginning at Rs 91 lacs. All projects will have 2.5 to 3 BHK configurations with carpet areas ranging from 1,314 to 1,981 square feet.

According to SS Reddy, managing director of Aparna Constructions and Estates, there is still a great demand for housing across all age groups despite hikes in loan interest rates. With the four new developments, the company hopes to meet the rising demand for residential real estate in Hyderabad's IT Hub. The company has, including the new projects, launched a total of seven residential projects in this fiscal year.
