The recently released residential property "Neelaya" by Naiknavare Developers, known for thoughtfully planned community-centric projects in Mumbai, Goa and Pune has reportedly received a significant amount of interest from October to December 2022 following the start of the Gruhashod event.
The real estate company has sold out more than 100 units of Neelaya, a 3.5-acre development with three buildings and lifestyle facilities. A tower has already been turned over to Naiknavare Developers and the B tower is prepared for possession. Construction is still ongoing on the last C tower.
Neelaya's 1 and 2 BHK apartments have sold the fastest out of all the units due to high demand from several investors and homebuyers. The housing development also provides both residents and guests with exclusive parking and a vast array of top-notch amenities.
In an interview captured by ET Realty, Anand Naiknavare, Head of Business Process at Naiknavare Developers, stated, "While the Gruhashodh event 2022's goal of linking us with homeowners and investors was accomplished, I'm delighted and satisfied to let you know that one of our most recent residential developments, Neelaya in Talegaon, has gotten an overwhelmingly positive response in only two months. From the complete inventory of two towers, we have already sold more than 100 units. I would want to take this chance to express my gratitude to everyone who contributed to and expressed interest in this project, making Neelaya a major success for Naiknavare Developers.”
Naiknavare Developers recently organised a fortunate draw where prizes included a scooter, five televisions, ten refrigerators, and five mobile phones in an effort to make this deal more profitable for prospective investors and buyers of real estate. People participated actively and several of those who qualified for the lucky draw won one of the available prizes according to the company statement. Along with Neelaya, Naiknavare Developers is working on a number of additional projects that are scheduled to debut this year and are spread out across Mumbai, Pune and Goa.
